Luca On is in private beta. The service is provided free of charge, is
under active development, and may change, break or be withdrawn at short notice.
Do not use it as the only place you keep anything you cannot afford to lose.
1. Who provides this service
Luca On (“the Service”) is an application store and hosted desktop,
operated by GUS IT LLC, a Florida limited liability company trading as
Luca AI Express, as part of the Luca Express platform. In these terms,
“we”, “us” and “GUS IT LLC” mean that company,
and “you” means the person using an account.
Contact for any question about these terms, your data, or your account:
[email protected].
2. Accounts and eligibility
You must provide a real email address and confirm it with the code we send. Accounts are personal and are for one individual.
You are responsible for keeping your password confidential, and for everything done through your account.
You must be old enough to enter a contract in your country. If you are using Luca On for an employer, you confirm you are allowed to accept these terms on their behalf.
Each account is given a workspace address in the form yourname.onluca.ai. The name is derived from your email address and is allocated by us; certain names are reserved and cannot be claimed.
3. The beta, and what it does not include
Everything is free during the beta. We do not ask for a payment method and do not store card details anywhere in the Service.
There is no service level commitment. There may be downtime, data loss, or breaking changes without notice.
Features shown may be incomplete or may be removed. Some tiles on the desktop link to tools that are still being built.
We may end the beta, or change these terms, at any time. If we change them materially we will make the updated version available at this address.
4. Your content and your data
You keep ownership of everything you create in the Service. We claim no rights over your content beyond what is needed to operate the Service for you.
Your account record โ email address, name, optional phone number, and which apps you have added โ is stored on our infrastructure.
Please read this carefully: the personal apps included with the beta (Notes, Tasks, Contacts, Calendar) currently store their contents in your own browser, not on our servers. That means their data stays on the device and browser you created it in, is not synchronised between your devices, is not backed up by us, and will be lost if you clear your browser storage. Do not keep anything important solely in them.
We do not sell your personal data, and we do not share it with third parties except the infrastructure providers needed to run the Service.
You may ask us to delete your account and its data at any time by writing to the contact address above.
5. Artificial intelligence
Parts of the Service use AI models to answer questions, generate content, and build applications you request.
AI output can be wrong, incomplete, or unsuitable for your purpose. You are responsible for checking it before relying on it, and you must not use it as professional advice of any kind.
Text you submit to AI features is sent to the model provider that serves that feature in order to produce a response.
6. Applications built for you
You may describe an application and have it built onto your own subdomain. What is produced is provided as-is, with no warranty that it is fit for any particular purpose.
You are responsible for the legality of what you ask to be built, and for anything you subsequently publish through it.
We may decline or remove a build we consider unlawful, abusive, or a risk to the platform or to other users.
7. Acceptable use
You agree not to use the Service to:
break any applicable law, or infringe anyone’s rights;
send spam, or distribute malware or other harmful code;
attempt to gain access to another account, another tenant’s workspace, or any part of our infrastructure you have not been given access to;
probe, scan, or load-test the Service without our written permission;
resell or redistribute access to the Service; or
generate or store material that sexualises minors, incites violence, or harasses a person.
8. Suspension and termination
You may stop using the Service at any time and ask us to delete your account.
We may suspend or delete an account that breaches these terms, that puts the platform or other users at risk, or that is dormant for an extended period during the beta.
Where it is reasonable and lawful to do so, we will tell you why.
9. Warranties and liability
The Service is provided “as is” and “as available”, without
warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, to the fullest extent
permitted by law. Because Luca On is supplied free of charge during the beta, we
GUS IT LLC is not liable for lost profits, lost data, business interruption, or any
indirect or consequential loss arising from your use of it.
Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability that cannot lawfully be
excluded or limited, including liability for death or personal injury caused by
negligence, or for fraud.
10. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms as the Service develops. The version published at this
address is the one that applies. Continuing to use the Service after a change
means you accept the updated terms; if you do not, stop using the Service and ask
us to delete your account.
11. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, United States,
without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules, and the courts of Florida will have
jurisdiction over any dispute — unless mandatory consumer protection law in
your country of residence gives you the right to bring proceedings where you live.
Before general release: add GUS IT LLC’s registered office address and,
if applicable, its Florida registration number to section 1 — most consumer
protection regimes require a postal address for the trader. These terms were
drafted to describe what the Service actually does; they are not legal advice and
should be reviewed by a lawyer before you rely on them with paying customers.
